WJAC reports that police have charged 18 year old Michael Cogdill of Pittsburgh as the person who allegedly shot and killed Marvin Price near a school building on January 23rd. Police say that Price was found inside an automobile on Park avenue, dead from multiple gunshot wounds. Police also report that a woman identifying herself as 26 year old Lexus Simms, also the victims wife, had removed a cellphone from inside the vehicle immediately after the shooting. Witnesses told police the Cogdill had been staying in the area just days before the shooting, and he was also identified by video surveillance cameras. Cogdill is charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault, Simms is charged with hindering apprehension and tampering with evidence.
