WTAJ reports that police have charged Mason Miles and Elliot Nice both from Houtzdale and Shawn Brink from Irvona with burglarizing a construction site along White Course Drive in State College three separate times back in December. Police say that the trio is accused of stealing thousands of pounds of copper wire that they allegedly sold for $7000. Miles is reported to have admitted to the burglaries in January. State police and the Clearfield County sheriff say that video footage helped to identify the suspects. Miles faces the most charges including burglary, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal trespass and conspiracy. Nice and Brink are charged with conspiracy.
