Found wallet leas to drug arrest

According to a WTAJ report, police arrested 19 year old Rachel Dionis and 18 year old Joshua Riggleman after employees at Taco Bell discovered a wallet that allegedly contained drugs. The report states that police were called to the restaurant around 5 pm Tuesday after drugs were discovered inside of the wallet, which apparently belonged to Dionis. When confronted by police, Dionis tried to escape but was caught and placed under arrest for having a handgun stashed away in a backpack. Riggleman confirmed the gun story. Both were charged with theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a motor vehicle and possession and use of drugs. Dionis faces additional charges of escape and resisting arrest. Both are locked up in the Blair County jail.
