According to a report by WTAJ, state police arrested 18 year old Kalib Clifford after he failed to stop at a red light back on February 8th along 8th street in the city. Police then say that Clifford was riding a mini bike that apparently had no current registration, inspection or insurance. They also said that Clifford was driving without a valid drivers license. When troopers asked to see a backpack he was carrying, Clifford took off running, and hid the backpack. Witnesses told troopers they witnessed Clifford hiding the backpack under some cardboard. Police then discovered marijuana, a pistol and ammunition. He was arrested and taken to the Blair County jail on $35,000 bond.
