WJAC reports that Richland Twp police arrested 27 year old Kayla Myers for allegedly stealing nearly $800 worth of PA Lottery tickets from the Honey Bear Mini Mart last September. According to the report, Myers was caught on store video giving her boyfriend tickets at the register without ringing them up or taking money to pay for the tickets.. Then the store manager said he noticed that the ticket sale figures were off and called police. Myers is charged with theft, conspiracy and receiving stolen property.
