Television news reports suggest that the Interfraternity Council on campus has outlined a set of rules for the annual celebration day ahead of st. Patrick’s day, and school officials are concerned. They feel that the new set of rules will only encourage more illegal and out of control behavior with students who drink. But the IFC says that the complete opposite is true. All state patty’s day events will, have to be registered, and that will cut down on the number of incidents that could occur. State college police will work with the university to make sure there are no incidents. State Patty’s day weekend starts tomorrow.
