WJAC reports that police have arrested 27 year old Ronald Greene Jr, charging him with assaulting a person known to him, and stealing the victim’s car. Police report that Greene allegedly broke into the victim’s home around 3 AM Monday and physically assaulted him. Then Greene reportedly demanded keys to the victim’s car. After fleeing the scene and crashing the car, Greene took off on foot but returned to the victim’s home several hours later. He was found hiding underneath a bed and resisted being taken into custody. Greene is charged with simple assault, illegal firearms possession, fleeing/eluding police and assaulting a police officer.
