According to a report by WTAJ, police have charged Benjamin Criscuolo and one unidentified woman for breaking into a home and stealing three handguns back on February 15th. The report states that the homeowner told police that the house on 4th avenue may have been unlocked at the time. The 2 suspects are alleged to have gone inside, took the guns and food from the refrigerator. Police said that a neighbors video camera picked up the images of Criscuolo and the woman at his front and back doors during the break in. Cirscuolo is charged with burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft, criminal trespass and carrying a firearm without a license. Charges against his accomplice are pending.
