WJAC reported that the Cambria County D.A.’s office and the lawyer for Preston Hinebaugh have come to a plea deal for Hinebaugh. He along with Logan Pringle were arrested after an alleged plot for both to shoot up Westmont Hilltop was foiled. Hinebaugh pleaded no contest to charges including criminal conspiracy, criminal trespass and illegal possession of a firearm by a minor. Both Hinebaugh and Pringle had cased out the high school as part of their plot before their arrests. Pringle pleaded no contest to his charges and is serving 3-6 years in state prison to be followed up with 10 years on probation. Hinebaugh is scheduled to be sentenced in May.
