A report by WJAC indicates that the Dept of Environmental Protection conducted an inspection of the Equitrans Ranger Mountain Gas storage area last week, and found more violations with relation two a gas leak that caused panic for two weeks last November. The DEP reported that they found continuing viilations of some wells including failing to dispose of waste and fluids and discharging waste into state waters. The inspections are part of a D.E.P. order issued after the november gas leaks were discovered.
