Television news reports suggest that police have charged 76 year old Daniel High with sexually abusing a 2 year old last November. Then as those charges were filed, several more potential victims allegedly came forward and told authorities that they had been victims of High’s going back to the mid 90’s. Those victims told stories of being given alcohol and marijuana by High, then he would sexually abuse them. Two of the now alleged adult victims told police that High repeatedly sexually assaulted them during their teenage years. All of the victim said they were shown pornographic videos by high before being assaulted. High is locked up inside the Blair County jail with his bail set at $50,000.
