Altoona Police Arrest Woman for Driving Drunk with Grandchild in Car

A Claysburg woman has been charged after Altoona police said she put her 19-month-old grandchild at risk after drinking at a bar and then driving home with the child in the car. DeeDee Logan, 48, is facing numerous charges.
