The Altoona Mirror reports that Onya Lewis of Gallitzin and Isiah Payne of Philadelphia will stand trial for the murders of Natalie Washington and Mikal Stevenson back in May 2020. The duo was scheduled for trial this spring, but a health issue with one of the defense attorneys forced the postponement of the trial to September. Washington and Stevenson were gunned down in Washington’s apartment after a reported drug deal went bad. Payne is facing first degree murder charges, while Lewis is facing second degree murder charges.
