Television news reports indicate that police in State College have charged 22 year old Theo Johnson with assault after an incident at a party on east prospect avenue. The reports indicate that Johnson was asked to leave the party after he was caught not wearing a required wristband to enter. A video surveillance camera reportedly caught Johnson hitting another man in the face. The victim was taken to mt. Nittany medical center and treated for a concussion. Johnson is charged with simple assault and criminal mischief. The Athletic Office stated that the matter will be dealt with.
