According to a WTAJ report, police have arrested 57 year old Hugo Derosa and charged him with using is phone to illegally take video while he was in the emergency ward at UPMC Altoona last October. The report says that Derosa was accused of filming outside of the bay he was in at the time, but he denied the accusation. Derosa then left he hospital after a bit of confusion consumed the situation. Derosa then reportedly returned to the hospital and turned his phone over to police. They then reported finding an image of a man and young boy engaging in sex. Derosa was arrested and charged yesterday with possession of child pornography.
