Television news reports indicate that Scott Good was charged by a statewide grand jury for allegedly stealing more than $64,000 over several years. A judge in Clearfield county sentenced good to a term of 24 months, followed by restitution to the employees he stole from. Good pled guilty to the charges back in 2021, and the state superior court upheld the plea and sentence. His company, Goodco Mechanical Inc, will have to pay back more than $64,000 in wages to the employees that were victims in this case.
