A report by WJAC indicates that 79 year old Richard Hirsch was charged with possessing images of children as young as 4 year old taking part in sexual acts and posing in degrading sexual poses. Police say that they linked Hirsch to an IP address at his place of residence on the 100 block of Boulder Drive in Johnstown. Hirsch told police he began viewing child porn some 10 years ago just out of curiosity, but tried to unplug his computers when police showed up at his home. He is facing 2 dozen counts of felony child porn and is free after posting $100,000 bail.
