Unofficial vote tallies are in and Dave Consiglio and longtime district judge Fred Miller have captured both nominations for the November elections. This means that there will be no contest as both will be elected to the bench. Todd Seelye came in a close third in the balloting. Miller won the republican nomination collecting 9095 votes, and Consiglio captured the democratic vote with 2425 votes. With the November election, Consiglio and Miller will take the seats of retired judges Dan Milliron and Tim Sullivan.
