According to a report by WJAC, police arrested 48 year old Robert Kearney after he caused a police standoff back on March 23rd on Pleasant Valley blvd. A woman told police that Kearney had threatened to shoot her and her children in her home. She then kicked Kearney out of her home, when he allegedly pointed a gun at her and one of her children. Police were then called and a manhunt ensued. Kearney was picked up and taken to the Blair County jail charged with making terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment and illegal possession of firearms. His bail was set at $40,000
