Today through next week, motorists can expect traffic congestion on12th Avenue as the left lane will be closed to traffic at 17th Street. Rose Alley will be completely closed at the 17th Street Intersection.Through traffic can use the right lane of 12th Avenue to travel straight through on 12th Avenue but should expect delays. It’s part of the City of Altoona’s ADA Accessible Ramps Project.
