Television news reports indicate that charges have been field by the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Bureau against 47 year old Harry Miller of Martinsburg and 51 year old Craig Zahradnik of Altoona for illegally selling what are called ghst guns, along with hit kits. The two are charged with selling the guns, that continued no serial numbers. Police say that the two are also charged with possible intimidation and harassment of an undercover agent and of witnesses. Miller also faces a charge of possessing a firearm illegally because he is a convicted felon. This case is being handled by the U.S. Attorney of the Western District of Pennsylvania.
