Last Thursday, 18 year old Michael Cogdell was in court in Cambria County to face charges of shooting and killing Marvin Price in January. Cogdell is charged with killing Price January 23rd while price was in his car. Cogdell waived his preliminary hearing a will go to trial after pleading not guilty to charges of homicide and aggravated assault. 26 year old Lexus Simms, the wife of the victim is also facing charges in this case. Codgell was arrested in Las Vegas after fleeing the state following the shooting.
