A report by WTAJ indicates residents packed the Dubois City Council chambers last night, hoping to get some answers following the arrest and resignation of its former city manager John Suplizio. He is accused of stealing more than $600,000 of municipal funds from the city. Residents are concerned that their money is somehow being spent in defense of Suplizio as he faces the theft charges, and whether or not Dubois is actually footing the bill for his defense. A forensic accounting of all Dubois city funds is set to begin early next month, and some say it could take up to a year before results are known..
