News reports say that Robert Morss, a Pennsylvania school teacher was sentenced to 66 months in jail, after his conviction last august for taking part in the riot at the capitol. Morss was caught on video reportedly stealing fencing, and body shields from police, and supposedly giving those materials to others at the capitol. Prosecutors also said that Morss was caught with a book that they say described his plans to build militia. He was convicted of assault, robbery, obstruction and impeding officers with a dangerous weapon, which was not identified.
