State police say that they have charged 46 year old Michelle Bowman of Indiana county for allegedly stealing more than $50,000 from the Frazer Veterinary Hospital in Indiana County beginning in 2013. Police report that financial records show that bowman is alleged to have stolen more than $50,000 by removing electronic invoices then take the money out, so the sheet would balance out at the end of the day. Bowman is charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and failing to make required disposition of funds.
