A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that fire fighters were called out to the scene at Forshey Lane in Antis Twp shortly before 2:00 yesterday afternoon. The homeowner, told police that he had put his lawn mower away after using it, when it apparently backfired inside the shed, causing grass to catch fire. The homeowner said he went in to his house to retrieve water, when the fire exploded and caught two other sheds on fire. Some wooded area around the sheds also burned in the blaze. Fire fighters had the blaze under control in an hours time. In all 5, volunteer fire companies responded to the blaze. There were no injuries.
