News reports indicate that a jury of 7 women and 5 men plus 4 alternates has been selected for the trial of 19 year old Damien Green of Altoona. Green and three others were all charged with the shooting death of 15 year old Devon Pfirsching back in February of 2020. Green is charged with second degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder in the case. The other three suspects have already pleaded guilty to charges and are all serving prison terms. The four suspects were arrested after the shooting which stemmed from a planned robbery gone bad. Greens trial is set to begin later this month.
