In a report by WTAJ, county commissioners say that the FCC’s coverage map of Pennsylvania is inaccurate, and that there are still many dead spots in Clearfield County. Folks say that in an emergency situation, there could be no service, which could prove deadly, and commissioners say that the state and FCC needs to be aware of the lack of service. Any upgrade at this point, would help first responders and those needing emergency help. And even those who do have service, often times complain of outages that could last for weeks. The county says more money is needed to upgrade and improve service to the entire county.
