The report from WTAJ indicates that police pulled over 51 year old Jennifer Leister of Tyrone after reports came in of her having fallen off of her bike several times while riding along Grazierville road in April. She told police that she was heading for altoona to meet a friend. When asked to take a field sobriety test, she reportedly refused, and was taken to UPMC Altoona for a blood draw, which showed a blood alcohol level of .24. Officers pointed out that Leister had glassy eyes, slurred speech and reeked of alcohol. She was charged with DUI, careless driving and unsafe driving.
