According to television news reports, the names of the victims are still being withheld until family members are notified. But coroner Jeff Lees did say that both men are from Cambria County. They were apparently heading to ocean city, md when their Piper PA-30 aircraft crashed in a wooded area just off of rt. 22 sometime Sunday. First responders began searching for the plane around 9 am, and locating it around 2:30. Sunday afternoon. No other details were released by the FAA or the National Transportation Safety Board, who are investigating the crash.
