The crash occurred Sunday morning just off of Rt. 22 in a wooded location between Summerhill and Ebensburg. Coroner Jeff Lees confirmed that there were 2 men inside the plane who were killed, and they were both from Cambria County. Lees also said in an update that he has spoken to the families of the deceased. Lees said that he is office is awaiting DNA results to confirm the identities of the victims. But he also said that the investigation is ongoing, and that crews are still recovering body parts and wreckage from the crash site. The victims were on their way to Ocean City, Md when their plane went down.
