According to a report by WJAC, Zach DePiero is suing the University after he was retaliated against and racially discriminated. Depiero claims the university was forcing him to give better grades to students of certain races, and said he was harassed in some training sessions. Depiero also stated that he felt harassed because of his racial background…Which is white. The suit includes the school president Dr. Neeli Bendaputi, and members of the board of trustees. No date has been set for trial.
