Details are thin, but police did report that the assault apparently took place back in February at the Penn Utate University Park campus. According to television news reports, the victim allegedly told police that she met up with Joshua Robinson at a party being held off campus. She then said that she went back to Robinson’s room, where she claims to have been violently sexually assaulted. The police report did indicate the victim required medical treatment following the alleged attack. Robinson was arrested and charged after police found searches on his phone on violent sexual assaults. He is charged with felony sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault.
