In a television news report, state police say that they captured 35 year old Joshua Lackey who escaped from the Quehanna Boot Camp in the early morning hours yesterday. He was captured yesterday morning around 10:40 in a heavily wooded area near the camp. Lackey apparently escaped after going through a fire door at the facility. Lackey is reported to have told police the his girl friend was supposed to pick him up, but she was a no show, so he hid out in the woods until, he was captured. Lackey was returned to the boot camp, and was charged with escape. He was serving a sentence of 18-36 months for theft.
