A report by WTAJ indicates that charges have been filed against 33 year old Rafael Jones for allegedly throwing his urine at corrections officers. The report indicates that Jones was in a program review meeting at SCI Somerset in 2021 when he became upset with corrections offices. They say that Jones spit at them and even bit one officer’s arm. The next day, hones allegedly filled a cup with his urine and threw it on officers coming to collect his lunch tray. Jones is charged with felony assault, making terroristic threats and aggravated harassment.
