According to news reports, police arrested 33 year old Kevin Clark Jr for allegedly firing a shotgun inside a home on the 1400 block of 1st Avenue on Monday. When police arrived on scene,they found shotgun pellets embedded in the ceiling of the basement. Clark reportedly told them that a dog had knocked the gun off of a table, and it discharged when he picked it up. Police arrested Clark at his place of employment, and proceeded to find drug paraphenalia on his person. Clark is charged with illegal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, discharging a firearm, reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance and other drug related charges.
