Details are very limited, but authorities in Centre County confirm that the crash happened early Thursday evening along Interstate 80 in the westbound lanes. Deputy Centre County Coroner Judy Pleshonko reported that one person, identified as Ilkhom Khusainov of Philadelphia was killed when his vehicle apparently collided with two tractor trailers on the highway. His cause of death was ruled as coming from blunt force trauma. Deputy coroner Pleshonko ruled the death as accidental. Police will continue to investigate.
