A report in the Altoona Mirror indicates that police have charged 29 year old Rasheen Edwards of Darby, Pa for giving drugs to 37 year old Derek Lushko of Cresson. Lushko reportedly ingested several drugs allegedly sold to him by Edwards, drugs that included fentanyl. Lushko died back in February. The report states that Edwards sold the drugs to Lushko the night before he died. Edwards was arraigned in Cambria County court last week and was charged with felony drug delivery resulting in death and possession with intent to deliver. He is locked up in the Cambria County jail on $250,000 bail.
