A report by WJAC indicates that police arrested 24 year old Nasir Garner for allegedly taking cellphone pictures of the 3 year old without pants. According to the report, garner was at the apartment on W. Walton avenue to do laundry on Sunday. Police say that the mother of 2 children took her son outside for a brief time. When she came back in, she found her 3 year old daughter not wearing pants. She allegedly found garner holding the girls pants and his phone camera on his lap. The mother asked the girl why she removed her pants, she said that garner asked her to. Garner was charged with corruption of minors and is in the Blair County jail on $75,000 bail.
