A report by WJAC indicates that police arrested and charged 23 year old Jeremy Nixon of Hollidaysburg for allegedly recording one adult and 2 teenage girls over the past 11 months when they were showering and using bathroom facilities. The adult was reportedly wearing a bathing suit. Police say that the recordings were made with a hidden camera and a cellphone. Nixon is charged with felony intercepting communications, invasion of privacy and producing an obscene performance by a minor. He was arraigned yesterday before District Judge Paula Aigner and is free on $75,000 bond. He reportedly confessed to making the recordings to state police and Hollidaysburg police.
