WTAJ reports that police have charged 62 year old Clyde Smay of Curwensville with threatening a man who was in his home to make repairs to Smays’ internet connection. Smay allegedly pointed a gun at the victim, telling him that the work was not finished, and that he could not leave. Police discovered that Smay is a convicted felon and is prohibited from owning a firearm. He is charged with illegal possession of a firearm by a felon and terroristic threats. Smay is free after posting bond.
