Details are sketchy this morning, but a report by WTAJ indicates that the accident occurred along interstate 99 near the Johnstown/Cessna exit on 99 sometime yesterday morning. The report stated that northbound lanes of I-99 were closed between the Johnstown/Cessna and the St. Clairsville/Osterburg exits for several hours. An update to the story indicates that the Bedford County Coroner identified the victim as 38 year old Kevin Kutzler Jr. He died at the scene. Police are continuing to investigate.
