State police reported that 38 year old Kevin Kutzler Jr of Cherry Tree was driving north along I-99 at 5:15 Monday morning when he crossed the center line in foggy conditions and hit a vehicle that was disabled along the berm of the highway. Kutzler’s jeep spun out of control and overturned, where it was struck by a third vehicle. Kutzler was thrown from his jeep and was pronounced dead at the scene by Bedford County Coroner Rusty Styer. Three other people were taken to hospitals with injuries.
