A report by WJAC indicates that police have charged 29 year old Christopher Ellington for setting a fire inside a dumpster at the Hope Drop In center on July 10th. Police say they saw Ellington walking around the area of the fire in the parking lot of the facility. Police say that Ellington admitted to them that the holy trinity told him to start the fires so that he might be cleansed. Ellington was apparently caught on surveillance video setting the fires. He is charged with reckless burning, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He is in the Blair County jail on $7500 bond.
