Television news reports out of Pittsburgh indicate the jury will recommend to the court that Robert Bowers be given the death penalty for the massacre that took 11 lives back in 2018. Bowers was convicted on 63 criminal charges for the mass shooting,which has been called the worst anti semetic attack in United States history. This case and death sentence was tried and rendered in federal court, and is the first death sentence under federal statute for the biden white house. The jury has recommended to the judge that bowers be sentenced to death. He will pronounce sentence at a later date.
