Recently, a judge in Clearfield County began to dismiss cases brought against suspects accused of trying to hook up with underage girls for sex. The underage girls really are members of a group known as 814 Pred Hunters, and they try to catch child predators. State law says that only law enforcement can pose as minors in such sting operations.
