News reports indicate that a jury convicted Fernando Rosado Guzman for stabbing Brian Lyncha to death in August of last year. The two men apparently got into an argument, when guzman stabbed Lyncha over a bluetooth speaker. Guzman’s defense was that it was a case of self defense and claimed that Lyncha ran up on him and began to attack him. A witness testified that Guzman gave him the knife after the attack, and confessed the he stabbed Lyncha numerous times. Guzman will be sentenced next month, and faces 20-40 years in prison.
