Authorities have identified the victim as 33 year old Brandy Horner. She was a spectator at a tractor show at the Union County fair last Friday, when a tragic accident sent debris flying into the crowd, and an exhaust pipe from the tractor apparently struck Horner. On site off duty medical personnel rushed to administer assistance, but she was pronounced dead at 9:23 Friday night. Those who knew her, say that Horner was very caring and loving especially with children. Authorities in Union County are still trying to piece together what exactly happened.
