According to a report by WJAC, police arrested 32 year old Paul Geary of Thorndale for allegedly forcing a woman to kiss him at the Meadows Psychiatric facility. Police report the victim told them that Geary followed her into a room and kissed her, and said that she did not give Geary permission to kiss her. Geary told police the act was consentual. The woman also told police that Geary made inappropriate comments to her. Geary is charged with harassment and indecent assault.
