WTAJ reports that police charged 36 year old Gordon Bennett Jr of Claysburg and 25 year old Zach McClellan of Blandburg with shooting at a woman’s car at her home while she slept. The report states that the suspects shot at the woman’s car on august 16, 2021. Police say that McClellan met with Bennett at a local convenience store thn went to the home where shots rang out. An unidentified third person who was allegedly at the scene, reportedly told troopers that McClellan had the gun, and fired the shots. Bennett is free after posting bond, McClellan has been charged in the case.
